  1. Ex-S is second ?! Oh my.. I'm so happy ! Now, Sunrise, when will you animate Sentinel ?

    And Turn-A is third place ! That's well deserved, in my opinion. This kit was original, well-made and so well proportioned. It was also kind of a prototype for the RG series and the MG Gundam Ver.3.0 (it had different "shades" of white).

    1. I sense a slight bias towards Seed.

    2. "I've only seen SEED, I also enjoy the taste of penis"

  5. Both Wing EW and Wing Zero EW made it to this list? Also, what's with a large chunk of this list being Seed and Seed Destiny?

    Anyway, anyone else get the feeling that Bandai is doing this to gauge what online exclusives and what "new" or remastered MGs they should do during the 2014 line of MG's? I get the feeling that a lot of them will be online exclusive MG's.

    1. only 6 MG from seed and you say a big chuck? fuck you, what's that compared with the 35 UC models that are in that list? most of those dont even belong in a top 100 let alone in the top 10...

    2. And no MG from the After War era is in the top.. =(

    3. @Anonymous 11:27: Why do you think that most of the most famous UC master grades dont deserve to be on that list? What else would replace them? Age and more wing kits?

      @Hanayo Asa: Thats because no MG from after war exists.

    5. @11:01 AM
      SEED is popular in Japan.

      @11:10 AM
      This is a popularity contest, all of these deserve to be in the list cause the people voted for em.

      @Hanayo and 1213
      Too bad about After war. Hope HG DX sells a lot, it might cause Bandai to finally consider developing an AW MG.

    6. Suiton, AKA Anon 11:01 AM/8:15 PM

      Going by your argument, that can be simply rebutted by the fact that UC is simply MORE popular in Japan, and it also has the "old timers" to back it up, plus there is the newer generation that it managed to endear. Sure, you may also argue that there are "old timers" who may like SEED, but it seems that they can't match the numbers that support the UC timeline. Also, there are a lot of existing models coming from UC, whereas SEED only has a handful of units in the MG line. And also, you can't deny the originator of its existence and its place in the hall of fame.

    7. I'm not Suiton and not 1101AM guy, and yes, I'm not saying SEED is MORE popular, I'm saying it's POPULAR ENOUGH to get 6 kits in. He wondered why SEED got 6 kits, I told him one of the reasons.

    8. I'm sorry if my reply sounded a bit aggressive. And I made a mistake on my part as well. I forgot to separate the 8:15 PM part to identify the other anon.

      And I might sound hypocritical here, but I'm not antagonizing Suiton or anything. I did try my best to reply in a civil manner. Then again, it was also rude for me to assume or point it out that the other anon was suiton. Spur of the moment.

    9. I dunno man. A lot of the UC kits on here are pretty bad. The original MG Zeta is by bar the most unpleasant plamo experience I have ever had in my life and it is at the middle of the list. Yet, the Infinite Justice MG is at the bottom and I was consistently impressed with how solid it was, how easy all of its gimmicks were to work with. It is in my top 5 easily.

      I say this as someone who has about an equal reverence for the Z and Infinite Justice.

  6. Mobile Pod Ball? Oh c'mon now. I'd rather have GN-X or GP03S or GP02A in the top 50.

    1. Have you built a ball?
      They are amazingly detailed kits, a nice change of pace from normal gunpla at a decent price.

    2. Oh lets see because the ball is a small but great kit. Also like all of top 50 kits its an iconic design.

  7. Hail the king Nu Gundam! It is truly not just for show...unless you are displaying your MG Nu Ver. ka proudly on your desk.

  8. LOL, no Sinanju Stein? Ok

  9. Wow, Dom got in! I always thought Zaku II was the more popular of the Zeon units

  10. Turn A! It's still my most fun MG build.

    My other favorites are RX-78 2.0, Zaku 2.0, and Blue Frame. I also enjoyed Delta Plus, Tallgeese, and Stein. My least favorite would have to be Unicorn OVA.

  15. If I didn't see the Infinite Justice in the Top 50, I'd have to say something was up. Can not deny the Swiss Army Gundam.

  16. Yes Seed is popular in Japan, but in term of MG spec and feature, it's different matter.
