    1. Have you seen the specs for that thin? That kit would be gigantic and ridiculously expensive. NEVER going to happen in proper MG scale. It'd be a ridiculous undertaking in HG scale even seeing as how it would tower over virtually Any MG.

    1. A bit foolish to hope for a Novel design for Char to feature in this OVA when Zinnerman clearly stated in Ep6 that Neo Zeong had no legs. That was a throwback to 0079 when Char saw the Zeong for the first time.

They practically said what it would be and yet you still believed something else.

    2. All psycho frame which fully resonanced will turn green, beside Norn is just equipment variation of Banshee it wil got green psychoframe just like on the novel.

      Delete
    3. too bad the norn parts(armed armor XC[banshee's lion's mane on its back]) and its weapons exploded because of neo zeong's psycho shard

  9. The lovechild of Apsalus and Zeong plus the propellant tanks/boosters of Alpha Azieru.

...now someone tell me why Frontal would drop Sinanju for that lumbering monstrosity.

    1. Sinanju is inside it.
Now tell me why you didn't look closer when deciding what older designs it was inspired from.

      Delete
    2. The Sinanju is in the middle. Look at the picture.

      Delete
    3. He didn't, much like the Dendrobium, the Sinanju is still there as the connecting device. If the armour is destroyed he can still eject and fight using the Sinanju.

      Delete
    4. the sinanju is in the core of that monstrosity if you look closely.

      Delete
    5. the sninaju is there, you see that tiny lil green eye...? that's the sinanju's mono eye,the thing is set up like the dendrobium where it's a MS fitted into a MA

      Delete
    6. Shhh he didn't drop the Sinanju, it's in there.

      Delete
    7. He still need Sinanju as core unit to control Neo Zeong, same with GP03D and other MS w/armed base.

      Delete
    8. Because every Zeon must have one monstrous MA!

If Bandai makes a kit it will be 1/550 scale. it's even bigger than Alpha Azieru...

      Delete
    9. He didn't, the Sinanju is part of it, if you look at it closely, like the GP-03 with Dendrobium

      Delete
    10. Yes. This. What's with ugly last episode power-ups?

      Delete
    11. If anyone now had any doubts about this guy being Char.

Yes, it's obviously Zeong-inspired, but Char would never use mobile armors, not even as his psycho eco-terrorist self

    12. Well, I hope we'll the Sinanju getting detached during the final battle. A duel between Unicorn and Sinanju for the final battle would be awesome

      Delete
    13. Bandai is building this monster, it is 1/144 scale standing around 86 cm tall. It will comfortably house the 1/144 hg Sinanju. Price will start around 250 us dollars. As far as release date.. I am estimating around September to December range.....i know...it just got really real in this blog

  18. I imagine they will treat the gunpla release of this like any other mobile armor-- 1/550 scale. Bandai will probably revisit something like the HG Mechanics line, which covered 0083 Stardust Memories (e.g. Dendrobium, Val Varo/ Val Waro, Neue Ziel.)

  27. I know this is just sci-fi fantasy but the Neo Zeong is just too ridiculously huge to be call mobile anything.

    1. I’ll be the first to call BS if that thing dodges anything. At best it will have 0,1 degrees per second turn rate and the instant acceleration will be as quick as a snail.

      Delete
    2. I am guessing it contain some kind of super advance weapon system.

It has no apparent ability at holding gun or sword type weapon. The finger cannon will just be clumsy and incapable at firing swiftly at target above it.

The huge fuel tank legs are too much as its easy weak points.

      Delete
    3. guys while those are very valid points and i agree whole heartedly. This is gundam. That will be fast as anything and turn on a dime. and just be epic in all forms of the word. YEAH PHYSICS

  28. I wonder if Neo Zeong has a helmet for covering Sinanju.... Still curious about that pointy thing behind Sinanju... as well as those huge pointy shoulders. I wonder if this unit gets a mobility boost if it had magnetic coating and releases its booster legs

Banshee looks good but the XC is just a design (some says it improves something? still a design for me).

So many questions... 3 months to go for accurate answers :P

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. That pointy thing behind Sinanju is just its shield. it's easier to see in the SD version here. http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Hu5G7G1LVGY/UwhTIkhWwPI/AAAAAAAFnlE/XLQ-j2zMbPo/s1600/1fdfd.jpg

Massive MA are built for maximum all range attack. No doubt the hands with the beam cannon fingers can be detached, Also if you at the back, it looks like it also has 4 more arms without the beam cannon fingers. I have a feeling that those 4 are Mother Funnels like the one used in AMX-05 Geymalk. The huge point shoulders looks like weapons to me too. They looks like they have the same edge as Sinanju's beam axe. Maybe they can rotate and form a beam axe shield for both attack and defense....

      Delete
    2. Plain old Sinanju sitting there... the pointy thing is the shield, Full Frontal has to store it somewhere for the final battle right? As for the shoulders it can be 3 logical things for any mobile armor: I-field, giant fuck you laser/funnels or (my opinion) some type of beam melee weapon reminiscent of Perfect Zeong sword... maybe. The boosters I'm guessing are movable just as legs, to complement the AMBAC and of course for greater accelerations, but they seem detachable (anyway it will get blown up so...)
For the banshee the XC just amplifies the affinity with the pilot and boost the overall output of the generator, I'm guessing it will be the reason why Riddhe out of nowhere started to become a newtype and eventually make Banshee's psycho frame green, evidence: during the ep 6. Riddhe had connected his helmet to the Banshee's cockpit, just like when the auto pilot of the NT-D starts but it was in unicorn mode so I think that has something to do with the XC.
Some questions answered...3 months for rising more :/

      Delete
    3. That "pointy thing" is Sinanju's shield.

      Delete
    4. That thing behind sinanju is just a shield turned upside down

      Delete
    5. >*an explanation what XC does*
      What...?
Also, we've been told that every psychoframe may get affected by the phenomenon, so it's obvious that every one of them can start to give a green glow.
      >"the reason why Riddhe out of nowhere started to become a newtype"
If anything, the logical assumption would be that they just gave him a quick Cyber-Newtype treatment (no wonder the guy looks so pale and unhealthy now). But I don't see the reason why he couldn't be a Newtype from the beginning. Especially that the Newtypes/Cyber-Newtypes are drawn to each other (*cough* Mineva *cough* Banagher).
Please don't word your theories as facts.

      Delete
    6. Sorry if I didn't make my self clear when I said "I'm guessing" I was just making an opinion on what I thought and make sense with what I saw through what I watched from the OVA . I didn't impose my opinions on others, I just shared them so others can make their own opinions too. That's what teasers are for too right? Besides now that I think of it your opinion of Riddhe getting a cyber new-type treatment is very possible too!

      Delete
    7. There has been quite a bit of evidence that Riddhe is a natural Newtype. Notice how he's involved in at least 2 "Newtype Flash" events.

It would also explain his whole Mineva...thing.

  29. I Hope FF is Char... even though I know on the novel he is not... i still want to believe it. I want Char back and then Amuro back... well that's wishful thnking

    1. I hate how people pretend like the Anime and novels are the same thing. This issue (for me) goes back to how Amuro was clearly KIA in the novel but in the movie he is just MIA. People would insist Amuro was dead because it happened in the novel, not realizing that the show isn't the god damn novel lol.

Same thing here. Frankly the Unicorn novel ending sucked ass, so I can only hope that it DOES NOT stick to the novel.

      Delete
    2. @Gundam

Oh, you are totally right. I want them to change the ending so badly so that Banagher ALONG with Marida become the team that take down Full Frontal. I seriously don't want Marida to be wasted for that Riddie asshole. It would be even more glorious if they have that guy dead in the OVA or mentally crippled is also fine. Anyway, I DO NOT buy the idea of having such a nasty character tempering with this such huge ending climax whatsoever, HE was the demise of Unicorn novel's ending.

      Delete
    3. @Gundam

I can't agree with you more! OVA is OVA, novel is novel. They are two different things! I follow the ova which is released by Bandai and Sunraise, I believe that's the real story line of Gundam UC. Just like you said, a lot of people don't believe or refuse to believe the possibility FF could be Char because it was explained in the novel. I've even read someone said If FF is Char, the whole Gundam Unicorn wouldn't be written as a novel, it would go straight into OVA.
Bandai and Sunraise has made the effort to spend time and money to create Gundam Unicorn OVA, why? If FF is clearly not Char, why bother? Leave the novel as it is. And we all know Bandai and Sunraise has already changed the story line of Gundam Unicorn from the novel. That clearly says they are not going by the novel, they are creating their own story line based on the novel. In the OVA, there are cues showing FF could be Char and let's forget about novel for a minute here and pretend it never exist.... doesn't that tell us something? Anyhow, we will find out if FF is Char in the last episode or not at all. I would want to believe that FF could be Char, because if FF is Char... that means Amuro could be alive too! If both of them are alive! Gundam UC continue.

      Delete
    4. This novel vs OVA thing reminds me of Char's Counterattack.
According to the wikia, for CCA novel the duo is KIA and in OVA they are MIA.

Not about Char but an old Judau appeared in the Crossbone Skull Heart manga.
Just 3 years after CCA, maybe Char really could be alive?

To me Bandai put the effort to produce the anime to profit from the merchandise :P

    1. It looks just like the Kshatriya, or Kshatriya repaired to be exact. You can see the iconic circles on the chest area, the head is the same minus the visor. The two attachments that connect the binders to the shoulders are seen on the right, while one of the binders covers the left. The massive fuel tanks can be seen behind it (the right one). The piping going over the chest and shoulders is the same.

      The visor screams Federation.

It is definitely some sort of Kshatriya clone, or perhaps the Kshatriya itself further modified.

    2. Looks like Kshatriya, repaired some more?
